There is 2 sheets, 1 for expenses and one for the calculations.
Do not edit row c and the preset calculations will work. So if you put your personal expenses If you put your business expenses in to the first sheet called expenses, it will calculate your yearly expenses and then automatically calculate on the 2nd sheet, called calculation of fees.
Change how many weeks a year you want to work, how many children you have in care and how many hours each of those children are in care for and add your services admin levy and it will calculate your minimum hourly rate for you.
