MY STORY
Why I Started The Educators Well
After more than 20 years working across Early Childhood Education, Family Day Care, In-Home Care, community support, and educator mentoring, I saw a growing need — not just for professional development, but for encouragement, connection, wellbeing support, and honest conversations about sustainable practice.
Too often, educators are expected to continue pouring into others while running on empty themselves. The Educators Well was built to help change that.
At its heart is a belief that wellbeing, purpose, learning, and community matter — not only for children, but for educators too. My faith continues to guide this work and reminds me of the importance of supporting those who spend their days supporting others.
