Welcome to The Educators Well
Training That Works Around Real Life
The Educators Well was created from a passion for supporting educators, children, families, and communities in ways that feel meaningful, sustainable, and genuinely connected.
Hi, I’m Rachel — educator, mentor, mum, wellbeing advocate, and the face behind The Educators Well.
ā
With more than 20 years of experience across Family Day Care, Early Childhood Education, in-home care, mentoring, and community support, I’ve seen both the beauty and the challenges within the education and care sector.
ā
Over the years, my passion has continued to grow around:
šæ educator wellbeing
š± sustainability and nature-based learning
š¤ community connection
š§ reflective practice
⨠supporting educators realistically and compassionately
I believe some of the richest learning happens through connection — with people, nature, community, and ourselves.
ā
After navigating my own journey through workplace injury, Post Concussion Syndrome, burnout, rebuilding, and major life changes, my perspective around sustainable practice and educator support deepened even further.
ā
The Educators Well is not just about training or compliance.
It’s about creating supportive spaces where educators feel encouraged, capable, connected, and reminded that they matter too.
ā
Whether through accredited training, mentoring, professional development, reflective conversations, or service support, my goal is to help build calmer, healthier, more sustainable pathways within education and care.
ā
I’m so glad you’re here. šæ
