MY STORY
Why I Started The Educators Well
I'm Rachel.
I'm an educator, mentor, trainer, author, wellbeing advocate, and most importantly, someone who genuinely understands the realities of working in education and care.
For more than 20 years, I've worked across Family Day Care, Long Day Care, In-Home Care, nannying, and educator support roles. I've experienced the joy, the challenges, the paperwork, the long days, the self-doubt, and the incredible privilege of being part of children's lives and learning journeys.
The Educators Well was created from a simple belief: educators deserve support too.
