The Educators Well Has a New Home

Today feels a little surreal to write.

The Educators Well has officially entered its next chapter, and our new home is now live over at educatorswell.com.au

If you’ve been following The Educators Well here for a while, you may have noticed things have been a little quiet.

Behind the scenes, they have been anything but quiet.

I’ve been rebuilding.

Not just a website. Not just a program. Not just a business.

I’ve been building what I believe The Educators Well was always meant to become.

More than professional development

The Educators Well began with a simple but important belief:

The people who care for, teach and support children deserve to be cared for too.

Our sector asks so much of educators.

We talk about quality. Compliance. Regulations. Programming. Practice. Professional development. Children’s wellbeing.

All of those things matter.

But somewhere in amongst everything educators are expected to carry, we can forget about the person doing the carrying.

That is where The Educators Well comes in.

Our new platform has been created as a growing ecosystem of learning, wellbeing, connection, mentoring, training, resources and community for educators.

A place where you are not just an educator.

You are a person first.

Introducing The WELL Framework

At the heart of this next chapter is The WELL Framework, built around four pillars:

💜 Wellbeing FirstCaring for me is caring for them.

📚 Empower Through LearningMy learning journey belongs to me.

🌱 Lead With PurposeLeadership begins with me.

🤝 Lift Each Other UpWe rise by lifting others.

The WELL Framework is a self-paced professional and personal learning journey designed to help educators understand themselves, strengthen their wellbeing, reconnect with their purpose, grow their confidence and leadership, and recognise the impact they have on the people and communities around them.

And today…

Enrolments are officially OPEN.

To celebrate the beginning of this chapter, I am also opening just 12 Founding Places.

The Founding 12 can enrol in The WELL Framework for $397 + GST and receive 24 months of access.

After those 12 places are filled, individual enrolment will be $897 + GST with 12 months of access.

These aren’t hundreds of discounted launch places.

There are twelve.

Because I want to know who our Founding 12 are.

These are the first educators who choose to walk this trail with me.

You can also simply become a member

You don’t have to enrol in The WELL Framework to be part of The Educators Well.

The Educators Well membership is now open too.

Membership is $59 + GST per year and gives educators another way to be part of the community and access the growing collection of member opportunities and benefits.

And this is only the beginning.

The new The Educators Well is being built to grow alongside educators.

Some of you subscribed to The Educators Well when it looked very different from what it does today.

Some of you have read my writing, shared posts, answered questions, encouraged an idea, participated in something I’ve created, or simply quietly stayed subscribed while I worked out what came next.

And quite a lot of life has happened in between.

The Educators Well has evolved because I have too.

What has emerged is something I am incredibly proud of, and something I hope can make a meaningful difference to educators across Australia.

So rather than trying to explain every piece of it here, I would love you to come and explore it.
